Cabex Construction remodel

Joe Menna and Kevin Henault have been doing serious remodeling work in Sarasota for years. Kitchens, bathrooms, full gut jobs. The kind of work that gets referrals and repeat calls. What they didn’t have was a website that reflected any of that. That’s what we fixed.

The Problem With a Weak Web Presence for a Strong Remodeler

Here’s something we see a lot with established trades and remodeling companies: the business is genuinely good. The owners know their craft. Their past clients love them. But the website looks like it was thrown together in 2014 and hasn’t been touched since. Or worse, it barely exists.

That matters more than people think. A homeowner in Sarasota ready to spend real money on a kitchen or bathroom remodel is going to look you up. If your site doesn’t match the quality of your work, you’re losing jobs before you ever get a call. That was the gap we needed to close for Cabex.

What We Built

This was a full build from the ground up. Not a template swap or a quick refresh. We started with strategy and built forward from there, thinking about who Cabex’s best customers are, what those homeowners need to see before they reach out, and how to make the site actually work as a lead generation tool and not just a digital business card.

Here’s what went into the launch:

Joe and Kevin were easy to work with because they knew what they wanted and they trusted us to execute it. That combination makes for a smooth build every time.

Why We Launched Now and What Comes Next

The timing here is intentional. We’re in the slower stretch of the Southwest Florida remodeling season. That might sound like a reason to wait, but it’s actually the best possible time to launch and start building organic visibility.

SEO takes time to gain traction. Google needs to crawl the new site, index the pages, and start understanding what Cabex is about and who they serve. If we launch in October when peak season kicks off and homeowners are actively booking projects, we’ve wasted the lead time. We launch now so the site has months to build authority in search before demand spikes.

Then, when October arrives, we layer in paid advertising. By that point, the organic foundation is in place, the site is proven, and we can pour fuel on it with targeted local ads that convert. That’s the sequence: build the foundation in the slow season, run paid in peak season. It’s not complicated, but most agencies either skip the SEO work entirely or run ads year-round without thinking about when the market actually moves.

Cabex now has a site that can compete for the jobs they deserve. The organic work starts now. The paid push comes in the fall. And in the meantime, any homeowner who finds them through a referral or a Google search is going to land on something that makes them want to call.
